Our truffles are seasonal and only available at their best — during the cooler months, from June to August. We harvest them fresh and offer pre-orders only, with pickup from Canberra, and delivery once a week to Canberra chefs.

The Canberra region’s cool climate provides over 1200 chill hours between April and October, enhancing the aromatic qualities of our truffles. This careful balance of environment and cultivation ensures a
